Small Groups

Women's Bible Study

- Thursday afternoon group

The Thursday afternoon women's Bible Study group meets monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m.

All women are welcome, even if you've never come to a Bible study before. We use the Gather magazine of the Women of the ELCA, available in the hallway inside the main doors of the church building.

Contact the church office for more information.

Men's Bible Study

Men's Bible Study meets on the fourth Saturday of the month at 8:00 a.m. We spend an hour having good conversation around the week's lectionary reading texts.

Contact the church office for more information.

Men's Breakfast

Once a month, men of St. Peter gather for a hearty breakfast at church. We meet on the last Saturday of the month at 8:00 a.m. although we don't meet during June, July, or August. There is a freewill donation to offset the cost of the food. The coffee's hot and all men are welcome!

Contact  the church office for more information or to RSVP.

Senior Fellowship Lunch

All seniors are invited for lunch and conversation on the third Friday of the month at 11:30 a.m.

Contact the church office for more information.

Project day is the first Thursday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Come for the whole day or stay as long as you can. Spend time visiting and making quilts which will be donated to Lutheran World Relief.

Quilts offer a tangible sign of God's love to those in need. A quilt can become a clean, cozy bed cover, a baby carrier tied around a mother's back, a shawl, a sunshade, and more. See this site to see some of the uses our quilts are being put to.

Contact the church office for more infomation.

Prayer Shawls

Our group meets on the second Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. We gather for knitting or crocheting prayer shawls. Our shawls are given as a tangible, meaningful symbol of support during challenging times and celebrations.

Contact the church office for more information.

Rubber Stamping with a Purpose

Our group makes cards for residents at Luther Manor, congregational members, and others. Interested? Join us at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month.
